Q. When should we submit our requests and final payment?
A. The foundation of your requests like Ceremony songs, 1st dance, parent dances and introductions should be done early in the planning process to avoid last minute crunching,. However, your final requests and payment are due 30 days before your event date. .
Q. How can we request a song not found on your planning tools?
A. There is a custom song link. Choose the song and we will obtain it for you.
Q. How do you handle the announcements and activiites?
A. We coordinate and manage all of your requests and work closely with the rest of the vendors to keep things running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Q. Is it necessary to have a photo booth, uplighing, elaborate centerpieces and keepsakes?
A. Less is more. Turning your wedding into a carnival usually creates chaos and more things that can and will go wrong on a day already filled with enourmous planning and stress. Centerpieces and keepsakes are quite often left behind or discarded. What guests remember most is delicious food, great conversations, an interactive DJ that keeps people on the dance floor and photos that capture your memories. Invest your money where it counts.
Q. Do we include you for dinner and where would you like to be seated?
A. Our clients give us the same meal options as their guests and seated with those closest to our equipment so we can monitor our performance.
Q. Is it customary for us to tip you?
A. The majority of our customers do, but it’s not requred.
